Survey of geological processes and materials and their relationships to landforms, natural resources, environments, and human beings. Students will understand the principles of physical geology, Earth's internal structure, plate tectonics, and geologic time. Students may not receive degree credit for both 骋贰翱尝听11103/骋贰翱尝听11101 and 骋贰翱厂听11504. Corequisite: Lab component. Prerequisite: Freshman or sophomore standing, or by instructor consent.
