Intensive, studio-format coursework in a variety of two-dimensional, three-dimensional, and time-based media provides an introduction to fundamentals of art and design with emphasis on components of the creative process; research and critical thinking; investigation of materials; and instruction in software and fabrication techniques. 9 credit hours. (Typically offered: Fall and Spring)
