The Department of Rehabilitation, Human Resources, and Communication Disorders offers two degree programs:

B.S.E. in Human Resource and Workforce Development
B.S.E. in Communication Sciences and Disorders

The department also offers an undergraduate minor in Human Resource and Workforce Development.

At the graduate level, the department also offers an M.S. with an emphasis in speech-language pathology, M.S. and Ed.D. in higher education, M.S. and Ed.D. in human resource and workforce development, M.S. and Ph.D. in counselor education.
