Introduces the interaction of humans with systems, attempting to apply the same rigor of purpose and understanding to these systems and interactions as with production planning, supply chain design, or other elements of operations management. Emphasizes identifying, diagnosing and finding solutions for perceptual, cognitive and organizational errors. The scientific method and various quantitative and qualitative research techniques will be used to both evaluate and solve problems as well as determine and frame outcomes.Pre- or Corequisite: °¿²Ñ³Ò°ÕÌý50003.
