A review of Human Resources Management functions as they apply in today's business setting with specific emphasis on regulatory compliance, total rewards systems, recruitment, training, and employment practices. The course is designed both for HRM professionals and for line managers/professionals who need to understand the roles and responsibilities of HR as a business partner. Prerequisite: 翱惭骋罢听43103, 翱惭骋罢听50003 and must be admitted to the Master of Science in Operations Management Program, Project Management Graduate Certificate Program, be a Non-Degree Seeking Graduate Student, or have departmental consent.
