Focuses on the development and application of decision models in supply chains with emphasis on supply chain performance, cost, and metrics; demand forecasting; aggregate planning; inventory management; supply chain design and distribution; transportation modeling and analysis; supply chain coordination; the role of information technology; and sourcing decisions. Spreadsheet tools and techniques will be used to analyze supply chain performance. Prerequisite: 翱惭骋罢听43303, 翱惭骋罢听48503 and admitted to OPMGMS, EMGTMS, ENGRME or OMPMGC Graduate Certificate Program, or departmental consent. (Typically offered: Fall, Spring and Summer)
