This course introduces general principles of population and community health nursing to provide a theoretical base for the care of families, aggregates, communities, and populations. Students apply the concepts of disease prevention and assessment to plan, implement, and evaluate interventions to address diverse health care issues across the lifespan. Prerequisite: 狈鲍搁厂听40033, 狈鲍搁厂听48433, 狈鲍搁厂听40133, (贰厂搁惭听24003 or 惭础罢贬听21003) and admission to an online undergraduate BSN professional program or permission by the instructor or department head and (狈鲍搁厂听33332, 狈鲍搁厂听41032, 狈鲍搁厂听41234, and 狈鲍搁厂听41433 for LNBN students only).
