A comprehensive approach to developing talent demonstrates an organization's commitment to its employees and facilitates the organization's ability to meet strategic goals. This course focuses on applying the theories and principles of coaching, mentoring, training, and development to cultivate the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively develop talent. It is designed to provide an understanding of how coaching, mentoring, training, and development can be performed in a variety of situations and to demonstrate the relevance of these functions for effective leadership.
