This course offers a foundation for understanding and evaluating organizational leadership. It is designed to assist students in developing frameworks for understanding and enacting leadership. This course examines topics such as the nature and foundation of the leader-follower relationship, models that explain effective leadership, and the interface of leadership with gender, ethics, and culture. Prerequisite: 惭骋惭罢听21003 or 惭骋惭罢听35603. (Typically offered: Fall and Spring)
