Course introduces students to fundamental concepts of management practice with particular emphasis on managing human behavior in organizations. Addresses the planning, organizing, directing, and controlling functions performed by managers as these functions relate to managing human resources. Provides survey of critical management concepts; enables students to develop analytical and problem solving skills through case studies and experimental exercises.
