LAWWÂ 4060V. Upper Level Writing. 1-3 Hour.
Second year students must take at least one 2 or 3-hour course in upper level research and writing which has been certified by the faculty as an Upper Level Writing course. The course, which is constructed around a special topic or specific area of the law, focuses on writing or drafting. Writing component accounts for at least 2/3 of the final grade. Prerequisite: ³¢´¡°Â°ÂÌý40103 and ³¢´¡°Â°ÂÌý41103. (Typically offered: Fall, Spring and Summer) May be repeated for up to 10 hours of degree credit.

Priority application deadline is April 1, but the school will review all applications on a rolling basis after that date. The school does not charge an application fee. Admission is only for the fall of each year, and only a full-time program is offered.
