This course provides students with the tools and abilities to evaluate and understand technology resources used in Human Resource Development (HRD). Primary course elements are instructional design characteristics of technology, theoretical and practical uses of technology resources to facilitate and manage learning, and selecting the best or most appropriate technological resources.
