This course offers instruction on types of communication commonly encountered by Human Resource Development professionals. Emphasis is on audience and purpose analysis, topic research, visual aids, and delivery methods. Activities include preparation and delivery of extemporaneous speeches, team communication, communication with clients, and preparation and delivery of training sessions. (Typically offered: Fall and Spring)
