Students will learn to design and develop training programs. The focus is on need for training, application of learning principles, writing instructional objectives and plans, designing active training methods, using visual aids, working with groups, and evaluating training. Pre- or Corequisite: 贬搁顿贰听31103 and 贬搁顿贰听33103. Prerequisite: Junior standing. (Typically offered: SP SP SU)
