The Food Science Internship Assessment course is a culmination of the professional development and internship experience in Food Science. Students will report on their internship experience and develop an understanding of their career goals in the food industry. Prerequisite: Junior or Senior standing or departmental consent. (Typically offered: Fall, Spring and Summer)
