This course focuses on the importance of professional skills and application of those skills to potential job situations. This course will prepare students for internships and careers in food science. The information in this syllabus is subject to change in extenuating circumstances. Changes to the course syllabus will be provided in writing and announced via course-wide announcements. Lecture 2 hours per week. Prerequisite: Sophomore or Junior Standing. (Typically offered: Fall)
