Design and layout of large scale digital integrated circuits using CMOS technology. Topics include MOS devices and basic circuits, integrated circuit layout and fabrication, dynamic logic, circuit design, and layout strategies for large scale CMOS circuits. Students may not receive credit for both 贰尝贰骋听42303 and 贰尝贰骋听59203. Prerequisite: 贰尝贰骋听32103 or 贰尝贰骋听39903 and 贰尝贰骋听29004 or equivalent. (Typically offered: Fall)
