Statistical Learning is a course providing an in depth look at the theory and practice of applied linear modeling for data science: including model building, selection, regularization, classification and prediction. Students will gain hands-on experience using statistical software to learn from data using applied linear models. Corequisite: 顿础厂颁听32003. Prerequisite: 顿础厂颁听21103, 顿础厂颁听25904, (顿础厂颁听310贬3 or 顿础厂颁听31003), ((惭础罢贬听30103 and 厂罢础罢听30043) or (滨狈贰骋听23104 and 滨狈贰骋听23203)), and student must be a DTSCBS major. (Typically offered: Spring)
