Statistical Learning is a course providing an in depth look at the theory and practice of applied linear modeling for data science: including model building, selection, regularization, classification and prediction. Students will gain hands-on experience using statistical software to learn from data using applied linear models. Corequisite: ¶Ù´¡³§°äÌý32003. Prerequisite: ¶Ù´¡³§°äÌý21103, ¶Ù´¡³§°äÌý25904, (¶Ù´¡³§°äÌý310±á3 or ¶Ù´¡³§°äÌý31003), ((²Ñ´¡°Õ±áÌý30103 and ³§°Õ´¡°ÕÌý30043) or (±õ±··¡³ÒÌý23104 and ±õ±··¡³ÒÌý23203)), and student must be a DTSCBS major.
