This course builds on the foundational understanding of group counseling theory and skills by introducing students to Adventure Therapy (AT), an activity-oriented form of group counseling. Students will integrate previous knowledge pertaining to group counseling with new AT concepts as well as review issues related to current research, best practices, and working with diverse populations. (Typically offered: Irregular)聽May be repeated for up to 6 hours of degree credit.
