Students are expected to have a basic understanding of financial management. This course focuses on the healthcare environment, basic financial management concepts, capital acquisition, cost of capital and capital structure, capital allocation, and other topics. After completion of the course, students should be able to apply financial management concepts to real-world healthcare settings. Prerequisite: Graduate School of Business consent. (Typically offered: Spring)
