The study of food microbiology including classification/taxonomy, contamination, preservation and spoilage of different kinds of foods, pathogenic microorganisms, food poisoning, sanitation, control and inspection and beneficial uses of microorganisms. Prerequisite: 叠滨翱尝听20003 and 叠滨翱尝听20001 or 叠滨翱尝听25473. (Typically offered: Fall)
