Examine performative wood design at the intersection of cutting edge of fabrication-production technologies and the material assembly at multiple scales to expand the limits of current practice. Opportunities for wood design are re-examined in light of evolving digital technologies, practices and theories of making. Prerequisite: Admission to the Master of Design Studies Program.
