This is a graduate level course offering detailed insights into skeletal muscle morphological, physiological, cellular and molecular factors affecting muscle structure and function, with special emphasis on cellular and molecular regulation of muscle growth and development, such as myo-, fibro-, and adipo-genesis. And the relationship between the properties of skeletal muscle and meat quality. Graduate students will focus on the scientific reading, problem solving, and generating research ideas. ´¡±·³§°äÌý30303, °ä±á·¡²ÑÌý38103 or ´¡±·³§°äÌý51403 or an equivalent course are recommended as a prerequisite.
