A pre-study of the New York fashion market for apparel students. Course examines the design, production, distribution and retailing of fashion goods from couture fashion to mass markets. Course is a pre-requisite for 础惭笔顿听49502 a 6 day field study in New York City, NY, May Intercession. This course is only offered to AMPD majors. Prerequisite: 2.0 minimum GPA, and students must be a AMPD majors with a minimum of 30 hours, or consent. (Typically offered: Spring)
