This doctoral course focuses on leadership principles and ethical considerations that are critical to developing and sustaining adult education programs that benefit individuals, organizations, and communities. Course content will include case study analysis and lectures from scholar-practitioners from the field. Prerequisite: Must be enrolled student in ADLL EDD program OR Instructor consent.
